2. Description of Service

AI Scene Studio is an AI-powered image generation platform that provides tools for creating product mockups, storybooks, storyboards, interior designs, logos, coloring books, profile pictures, posters, webtoons, YouTube thumbnails, app icons, and other visual content using artificial intelligence technology.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Image Credits and Payments

• New accounts receive a limited number of free image generation credits.
• Additional credits can be purchased through our payment system via PayPal.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit packages at any time.
• Unused credits do not expire unless your account is terminated.

5. Intellectual Property and Generated Content

• You retain ownership of the images you upload as input to the Service.
• Images generated through the Service may be used for personal and commercial purposes.
• We do not claim ownership of AI-generated images created through your use of the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated images complies with applicable laws.
• The AI Scene Studio name, logo, and platform design are the property of The Great.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive others.
• Generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Produce content depicting minors in inappropriate or harmful situations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service.
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns.
• Resell or redistribute the Service itself without authorization.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Great shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that generated images will meet your specific requirements or expectations. AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate or error-free.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
