1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SceneStudio (the "Service"), operated by SceneStudio ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SceneStudio is an AI-powered image generation platform providing tools to create product mockups, storybooks, storyboards, interior designs, logos, coloring books, profile photos, posters, webtoons, YouTube thumbnails, app icons, and other visual content using artificial intelligence.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate and current information when registering an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
- The Service offers monthly subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business), each providing a fixed monthly image generation quota.
- Quota resets each billing cycle; unused quota does not roll over to the next month.
- Subscriptions renew and are billed automatically each month until canceled.
- Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle's buyer terms may also apply to your purchase.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Please refer to that page for details.
6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Service to:
- Generate content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
- Impersonate others or create deceptive or harmful content.
- Generate content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Reverse engineer, automate abuse of, or bypass the security of the Service.
7. Intellectual Property and Generated Content
- Rights in the Service itself (software, design, trademarks) belong to SceneStudio.
- Rights in images you generate belong to you to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of the AI model providers.
- You represent that you hold the necessary rights to any content you upload.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
